Manufacturing excellence, lean and change management are just as familiar to her as team dynamics, systemic work and cultural change. She is a decisive and empathetic manager, with extensive experience in development and growth of people, teams and organizations in various sectors.

Marieke can rely on more than 20 years of consulting experience Her foundation was at Celerant Consulting, where she worked as a consultant and project manager on the implementation of operational excellence projects. In her time as a partner at Myrtle consulting, this has remained the core of the work, and she has combined it with change management and coaching to better guide the human side of change.
