Martin Capelle


Developing a long-term relationship is a matter of course for Martin. He started his career as a professional officer in the German Navy. During this period Martin developed his leadership skills. When he left the Navy he joined an international trade organization as commercial district manager where he was responsible for direct and wholesale sales.
In 1995 Martin started his career as a trainer in which he still works today with great success and pleasure as a trainer-coach and consultant in both national and international assignments.
